At Circuit, every ride starts long before a vehicle pulls up to the curb. It begins with the people behind the scenes who plan the service, support the drivers, maintain the fleet, analyze the data, answer late-night messages, build partnerships, and make sure communities receive seamless transportation.
Circuit, Powered by People highlights the team members who connect communities and keep people moving. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but their impact is visible in every ride. Because of our team members, a commuter makes it to the office, a senior gets to a healthcare appointment, a neighbor gets their groceries, and local businesses welcome new faces through the door.

Equitable transportation is not just a product of technology or vehicles. It is built by people who care deeply about the cities we serve and the riders who depend on us. This series is a look at the individuals whose dedication, problem-solving, and local knowledge make that mission real every day.
Meet BC, the Force Behind Our Fleet

Brayan Crizon, better known across Circuit as BC, joined the team in 2023 as our East Coast Fleet Manager. If something has wheels and a battery, he’s thinking about how to make it run better, longer, and smarter.
BC is the reason our 100% electric fleet is healthy, safe, and ready to move riders all day. His work lives at the intersection of operations, tech, and deliberating.
“A typical day at Circuit is a lot of troubleshooting and problem solving. It starts with a lot of chaos and by 5:00pm, everything is resolved,” BC said. “We always keep our own inventory and forecast when we need to reorder parts, so we don’t have to pull vehicles out of service,”
That forward planning means more cars on the road and fewer in the shop. BC and his team track every part, every repair, and every trend so maintenance happens in-house, downtime stays low, and the data we collect helps shape what we buy next and how we scale.
Before Circuit, BC built his career in traditional fleet management, but it was the shift toward technology and sustainability that drew him in.
“My experience is in fleet management. I was at a more traditional rental car company, but I had the opportunity to get introduced to tech at my previous employer, and I saw that as the future,” BC stated. “I saw the positive impact that Circuit has had through sustainability, and I didn’t want to be left out. Sustainability and new products are what brought me to Circuit,”
That future-focused mindset is exactly what keeps Circuit moving. From advancing our pooling algorithm to continuously testing new vehicle technology, innovation only works because people like BC are making it real behind the scenes. The most rewarding part of BC’s job is the drivers.
“The most rewarding part of my job is when I have a happy driver who’s eager to have a vehicle that’s been maintained and serviced and really knows they can rely on my unit to complete a seamless shift and make money. If the drivers can make their money, I feel chef’s kiss,”
BC is always thinking about what’s next for Circuit.
“Circuit is a pioneer in EV mobility and first-/last-mile transportation. When I think of Circuit’s future, we can do EV and AV,” he shared. “I’m not only a part of the human history of EV, but through Circuit, I want to be part of the human history of AV,”
If the future of mobility is electric, autonomous, and data-driven, BC is making sure the foundation is ready for it.
