• What is the timeline for this new funding?
  The Broward County Commission approved the amendment on June 10, 2025. After a majority of cities approve it over the summer, the new funding mechanisms become active for FY 2026, starting October 1, 2025.
  
  
• What are the main requirements for our city to be eligible?
  Your municipality must approve the Third Amendment and maintain compliance through annual project reporting. Operational requirements include carrying $1M in auto liability insurance and adhering to ADA & FTA compliance standards, all of which Circuit manages for you.
  
  
• How can our city procure Circuit's services?
  We offer several procurement options, including the ability to use piggyback contracts from our existing government partnerships. This simplifies and accelerates the process, allowing you to launch your service faster.
