
Program Overview
The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is soliciting applications for its Flexible Fleets Pilot grant program. The grant program will plan, deploy, and monitor Flexible Fleet pilots aimed at expanding shared mobility travel choices, enhancing transit connections, filling transit gaps, improving air quality, and advancing the goals of the Regional Plan.

Key Details & Requirements
Amount of Funding Available: $4,500,000
Maximum Reward Per Project: $1,000,000
Grant Matching Requirement: 11.4% - Matching Funds are required. Applicants must provide 11.47% of the Total Project Cost in Matching Funds.
Project Types: A service that is not currently operating or has not operated in the past ten years. Expansion of an Existing Project is not considered a New Service.
Performance Period: Service operations must begin within one year of the grant agreement Notice to Proceed and must be completed by December 31, 2028. Extensions to this date will not be provided
