Payment Inquiry or Incident

Please note: Ride payments are authorized when you make a request and charged when a request is picked up. If a request is cancelled, a reversal is immediately issued. If you can see the original authorization on your statement, but did not receive a ride, the authorized charge is voided and the funds will return to your account before a maximum of 8 days, depending on your bank.
