Where can I get a ride?

Learn how to find where you can ride with Circuit

Circuit offers on-demand rides in many markets across the United States. We will pick you up and drop you off anywhere within our service areas, as shown on our app and website.

We design our services with our transportation and advertiser partners, and keeping our service areas small helps improve efficiency of the service. Our service area is largely determined by our partners along with numerous other factors such as distance, mileage, and speed limits. We cannot pick you up or drop you off outside of those service areas.

There are two ways you can see where you can ride with Circuit:

Location Information on ridecircuit.com

  1. Visit our website and search the location on our All Locations page.
  2. Search for your location in the search bar and click the title to see that location's specific page.
  1. Each location has their own page which shows service hours, the service map, ride fare, and any other information you may need to catch a ride.
  1. 3. Scroll down to "Service Map" or click the "Service Map" text in the light green box on the left side of the screen.
    1. We can offer you a ride within that designated area. To see when we are open, see the “Service Hours” section.

Location Information on the Ride Circuit App

  1. Open the Ride Circuit app (available on iOS and Android) on your phone.
  2. Once signed in, find the side navigation bar by clicking the 3 stacked lines in the upper left corner of your screen.
  3. Open the Locations list by clicking "Locations."
  4. Find your location and click the Location name to see the full service area.
  5. You will be able to see the service area in which you can make requests. You will not be allowed to make a ride request that starts or ends outside the dedicated service area.

Once you've found the information you need, you can download or open our app to request a ride. We hope to see you on the road soon!
