How to take a ride with Circuit?

Learn how to request a ride with the Ride Circuit app

Circuit offers on-demand rides to people within our service areas. All rides must start and end within our dedicated service area. 

How to ride with Circuit:

  1. Download the Ride Circuit app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store). 
  2. Log into your account or sign up for an account. We require a first name, last name, email, zip code, gender, and phone number to make an account. To see our Privacy Policy, click here.
  3. Click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen to find the locations list. Choose your location from the locations list. 
    1. In some of our markets, rides have a fare. In order to request a ride in one of these markets, you will need to enter payment information. To do so, click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen then click Payments on the side navigation bar. Under Payment Method, click "Add Card" and enter card information.
  4. Enter your pickup address at the top of the screen. You can choose your current location from the list below. You can also adjust the pickup location by moving the green pin on the map below.
  5. Enter your dropoff address right below.
  6. Click Confirm Route on the green circle at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Choose how many passengers will be riding with you and if you need a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV).
  8. The price of your ride will then be shown to you. To confirm the ride price, click Confirm Price.
  9. We will connect you to a driver. You will be able to contact the driver if needed. Drivers may drop off other passengers before coming to pick you up.

Can I schedule a ride?

Circuit is an on-demand ride platform. We currently do not allow riders to scheduled rides in advance, you must request your ride when you want it.
