Our drivers are what makes the Circuit experience so special. Show your appreciation for your drivers by rating your ride in the app.
Rate and Tip Drivers
After you have taken a ride, you are able to rate and review it in our app. If app tipping is enabled in your location, you are also able to tip your driver. Tips for drivers are appreciated but never required and are completely at your discretion.
How to Rate and Tip Your Drivers:
- Find the side navigation bar by clicking the 3 stacked lines in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Click “Ride History”
- Choose the ride you’d like to rate. In the section “Tell us about your ride” you can give your driver a star rating out of five and add any feedback in the text box below. You can also add your tip here if it is available in your location.
- Before you tip, make sure your payment information is set up.
If you would like to tip your driver, but it is not available in your location, we welcome you to tip with cash as you wish.
