Circuit and Brightline Team up to Launch Brightline+ in South Florida
Brightline and Circuit, the leader in short-range electric shuttle solutions, have partnered to make transportation in South Florida easier, greener, and faster. The service will be designed to move residents and visitors in Downtown West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. Now, individuals can click a button and go from West Palm Beach to Miami without ever needing their own car. Brightline customers can call on Circuit’s shuttles to bring them to and from train stations. Users can flag down shuttles for rides, or order rides through the Brightline app.
Circuit is transforming short-range, shared mobility by making it more efficient, sustainable, and enjoyable. Co-founders Alexander Esposito, CEO, and James Mirras, COO, started Circuit as a fun and free beach shuttle in the Hamptons, then quickly partnered with Jason Bagley in Fort Lauderdale to expand the service into Florida markets. Since then, Circuit has grown to provide over 5 million rides to people across the country without burning an ounce of gas.
Circuit has been operating in the South Florida Area for over 10 years, with services in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Miami, Hollywood Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Pompano Beach. With the help of Cities, CRAS, private companies and national brands, Circuit is able to provide low-cost shuttle rides without emitting greenhouse gases. Circuit has already saved over 350 tons of greenhouse gas emissions and 39,500 gallons of gas in 2021.
Rides are affordable, easy, and convenient with Circuit. Circuit’s mobile app allows users to request rides, just like other ride-sharing companies. However, a ride with Circuit is a fraction of the cost. The Polaris GEM shuttles are 100 percent electric, making all Circuit rides free from carbon emissions. All drivers are locally-based, W2 employees. Circuit offers a solution to multiple problems facing cities by creating jobs, reducing emissions, and saving money for the city and riders.
Circuit will be working with Brightline to provide all-electric, first/last-mile shuttle services around the Brightline stations and nearby downtown areas in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. The 6-seater GEM electric shuttles will be available from 6:00AM-11:00AM and will be offering rides in geo-fenced areas between 0-3 miles of the station.

Through its partnership with Brightline, Circuit will reduce congestion along I-95 and reduce greenhouse gas emissions while providing supplementary transportation options for Brightline customers. The partnership will make it easier to get to and from Brightline stations, making it easier than ever to go car-free.
The Brightline-Circuit partnership will have cars specifically for Brightline customers, but Circuit also offers low-cost rides around West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Riders can download the Circuit app to request rides and learn more about the service. Each location’s hours are listed on the Circuit app and on Circuit’s website.
