Tendy is unique because it works so well to tip or pay people in person. So we were looking for a unique advertising partner to not only help us acquire new users, but also to help educate people about our product and promote usage. Circuit has been that partner for us, and has gone above and beyond to deliver both excellent metrics in terms of impressions and user acquisition, but also to encourage their riders to experience our product to convert them into real users.

The Challenge

Tendy needed more than brand awareness. They wanted people to experience the app. Their goal was to drive downloads in key markets while introducing Tendy in a way that felt useful and essential. Tendy built an integrated advertising strategy with Circuit. They combined high-visibility out-of-home ads on Circuit’s wrapped vehicles with targeted digital marketing across different cities. This approach let them reach their audience both on the street and in the app, driving visibility, downloads, and real usage.
