At Circuit, we’re on a mission to transform local mobility—bringing communities closer together with accessible, eco-friendly rides. Since launching last year in Stoneham, our Driver Ambassadors are not just moving people—they are fostering relationships with our local riders.

We recently caught up with a few of our Stoneham Driver Ambassadors to hear what inspired them to join the program and how the Shuttle is making a real difference in the lives of residents.

Meet the Ambassadors

Marcos Herrera
Long term Circuit Driver

Marcos joined the program to help residents enjoy the neighborhood more freely. “To help the community get around the town,” he says, was what resonated most with the role.

He describes the Stoneham Shuttle as an “awesome service that the town needed,” highlighting the growing need for accessible transportation. His favorite part of the job? Meeting different people.

Marcos shared a favorite moment:

“Helping the residents of Stoneham get around town and providing easy access to shopping and other needs.” 

Claude Blanc
Stoneham Resident for over 15 years

For Claude, being a Driver Ambassador is all about relationships. What stands out to him is the ability to connect with people, to help them in their daily lives.

His dynamic personality and years of security and customer service experience are his superpowers on the road.

Claude sees the impact of the Stoneham Shuttle every day:
“It’s made a big difference—especially for people without cars or who can’t drive. They can now run errands, get to appointments, or simply go out for a coffee.”

Some of Claude’s favorite places to take Circuit riders to are the Senior Center, the Library, and Redstone Shopping Center. One recent ride stood out for Claude:
“I gave a ride to an older person who hadn’t left home in days. They thanked me and said it made their whole week. That’s why I do this.”

Samuel Anacreon
Lives in Hyde Park but stays connected to Stoneham

Samuel brings a background in customer service and a genuine love for people. “I enjoy talking to people and learning more about the area,” he says.

He sees firsthand how the service fills a vital need, particularly for residents without access to a car:
“A lot of people are thankful for the service. They now have access to places they couldn’t easily get to before.”

Samuel shared a touching moment:
“A lot of people in town don’t have the means to get around. You can feel the gratitude when you help someone who really needs the ride.”

Whether it's helping seniors reach medical appointments, connecting residents to local businesses, or simply offering a friendly face during someone’s day, our Driver Ambassadors are the heartbeat of our mission.
